Andrea Lowe, Personnel Manager, ECRM Trust

This workshop is designed for the team whose effectiveness is suffering because of unresolved and long-standing interpersonal conflicts where members are working against one another. Such a team cannot solve its problems. Although conflict is a natural occurrence between people, it is necessary that each team member be committed to working through conflict rather than suppressing or escalating the problem. If the team is to be successful, its members must be cohesively focused on the organization's goals rather than on their troubles with one another.
This workshop will first expose and then assist members to resolve old resentments and long standing interpersonal concerns between one another. After an intensive three days, the team will have a strong framework for handling such issues effectively. Team members will understand each person's uniqueness and how each member can best serve the team.
Trust, an essential ingredient in becoming an effective team, means providing each other with stability and confidence. That way, each member can make the maximum contribution possible. Perception of oneself and others helps create mutual dependability and acceptance of one another. Then the work does not suffer because of interpersonal conflicts.

Time Frame - Three days (minimum)
