For executives and managers who need to hone existing leadership skills or acquire new ones, interactive workshops are given for one to three people in a private, relaxed setting at The Widow's Cove, our sea-side campus/retreat on the Buzzard's Bay side of Cape Cod in Wareham, MA.

The subject matter may be customized from the list of topics below.  Courses are two days but may be spread out to allow for free time.

The training interaction will focus on responding to individual needs, concerns and questions as they relate to a person's particular management responsibilities.  Theory will play a secondary role to pragmatic approaches for individual problem solving.

The Widow's Cove is also an ideal place to hold executive meetings and retreats because of its proximity to a number of recreational facilities.
