DeAnne has taught via satellite in the United States and has personally presented many single and multi-day courses on management in the United States, Great Britain, Canada, South Africa, Mexico and Italy (in simultaneous translation).Her numerous articles on performance management, interviewing, and motivation have appeared in the worldwide business press. 

A professional speaker at business meetings for over 20 years, DeAnne is the first woman to have spoken before the American Management Association and she continued to represent them as a regular lecturer for many years. 

DeAnne is one of only 350 speakers to hold the coveted "Certified Speaking Professional" (C.S.P.) award from the National Speakers Association. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development and the National Speakers Association. DeAnne is a Fellow of The Workforce Stability Institute and is on the Advisory Board of President's Strategies & News.  She is also a regular contributor to Dartnell Publications.  DeAnne is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and is listed in the World Who's Who of Women.
